Inquiry Findings

August 2008:
The Board dealt with a Complaint dated 28 May 2008 (“the Complaint”) as outlined in the following; 

  1. The Respondent was guilty of unprofessional conduct, namely incompetent and/or negligent conduct in that, during the period 1 January 2007 to 12 February 2008 he failed to keep any or adequate records in respect of the sale or supply of 14,025 pseudoephedrine based products.
  1. The Respondent was guilty of unprofessional conduct namely unethical and/or improper conduct in that he could not be satisfied that the sale or supply of the pseudoephedrine based products was in a quantity and/or for a purpose in accordance with recognized therapeutic standards.
