Organisational Structure

The Board will task the Committees to investigate and consider issues and report back to the Board.

It may seek recommendations or information.

Issues are often referred from Board meetings and committees meet when directed by the Board.

Minutes of meetings should be sent to the Board office prior to the next Board meeting to ensure they are saved in the computer and the report of the meeting included in the Board agenda.

The Chair of the committee will request work that needs to be progressed between meetings by Board staff to the Registrar and not directly to the staff member, except when the staff member is a member of the committee.
